You can go about this a couple of ways. One is to start at the library homepage and go to the Journals link on the center of the page. Choose "Find Journals" to enter your search.
Then you'd type in the term "Public relations." From the resulting list you could see which ones are more trade publications.
The other approach would be to use either Business Source Complete or Communication & Mass Media Complete from the library's "Browse All Databases" link under Databases and Guides. In either database you could search for PR or public relations, then limit for trade publications. Then you'd see which periodicals show up most often.
