Yes, members of the public can use the USM libraries. We have public computers on all three campuses.

In Portland, you will need to sign-up for an internet card, show your current student ID, and pay $5.00. This gives you two hours of public computer use per day. Public computers are free in Gorham and Lewiston and have a time limit. Printing is available for an additional cost at all campuses.

If you have your own laptop, you can access the internet from the Guest wifi.

Check the USM libraries website for the hours the library is open at each campus.
